Today while I was home with a sick child, I was visited by a sales rep and trainee. He asked who I had for internet and home phone. I went on to tell him that I have a balance withTWC and a freeze on my SSN so no credit score could be ordered. He the went on to suggest that I put it under my sons name. My son is 9 years old. I called him out on it and he tried to tell me that I do not have to give a SSN. I then went on to tell him that it was wrong to suggest that.... Its fraud! Identity theft of a child. I tried calling customer service---5 calls. Got the Philipines, GA, and FL. When I finally got someone here. they pretty much said that there was nothing a supervisor could do and that they do not have control of who is assigned to my area. So this is how you want your sales reps to represent you in the field....to suggest fraud and identity theft of your own child. All I could say is wow!
