I reserved this limo company for my wedding day and, until the last hour of using the company, was pleased. However the company never informed either my husband or I that there was a remaining balance on our bill before the wedding (we had paid in "full" sometime back for a special rate) even though we had been in contact with the company numerous times. When the limo dropped us off at the reception hall the limo driver said there was a remaining balance on the bill that needed to be paid at that moment (it didn't seem to matter that we needed to be inside at that point), even though the credit card used was on their records and could have been charged before the service was rendered or afterwards. Even worse, the limo driver demanded the 220 dollar balance be paid in CASH. He would not let my husband enter the reception until he was paid in full and in cash.
