If you have a son or daughter renting from this listing [or undoubtedly several other renters in Cortland] be aware that (a.) they will hold on to your deposit as long as they can (it took us over 2 months to get our back, and that's with our following-up with them numerous, numerous times, and (b.) no matter how clean you leave the premises, they will still charge you well over $100 for a "cleaning fee," anyway. The apartment served its purpose, but know ahead of time the struggles which await you in the close-out.
