I bought a car from Jerry. You can't find a more honest and trustworthy mechanic! He warranteed the car's performance well after the required warrantee period. In fact, he lost money on the deal and spent about $800.00 keeping his committment to me, his customer. He since warranteed all the work on the vehicle over a 4 year period. He values his customers and his reputation. There were times when he was overloaded, but he always made good on any concerns I had. NO ONE waits an hour with a reservation and anyone who's been to the Johnson House knows that it's so intimate and cozy that it's virtually impossible to wait that long for a drink since the bar is just a few feet away from any table, as is the kitchen. I can guarantee that no waitstaff uttered any such comment about the speed of food consumption, especially containing the suggested profanity!! Totally preposterousstatement!!! Sometimes it's impossible to please some people who've got their mind set to be unhappy and belligerent, and the best tact is to say nothing. Luckily, the vast majority of guests are exceptionally pleasant and understanding when the restaurant gets swamped due to a higher percentage of "Walk-ins" than traditionally expected. As evidenced by our continued success after 30 years, and legions of loyal customers, this reviewer is a total rarity. These guys took a very difficult job list and were able to find all the material and ship it right to the jobsite. Material came on several trucks, but I only had to pay for my share of each truck. They did ship the wrong variety on some Viburnums, but quickly made it right and got me replacements on the next load up to me.
