We lived here for 8 years. I initially had high expectations, and fpr the first 5 years it was fine. During the last 3 the landlord failed to fix a leaky pipe under our floor which resulted in staining on our carpet for 3 of the 8 years we were there. The bathroom toilet above us leaked through our light (gross). The ac unit wasshot and never fixed despite several calls regarding it. We also ddidn't have heat for the last 2 years we were there for a majority of the winter. Each time I would call they dismissed my issue andnever fixed the problem. During check out, we were told we would get a good portion of our deposit back. They lied. Yes a room was painted and we knew we wouldn't get the full deposit back. HOWEVER that was the only issue pointed out to usduring our exit walk through. They are liars, money hungry shady landlords so ddesperate to grab a buck they steal from their tenants. They are nasty, rude, and disrespectful when you are needing something or are trying to move out. For the amount they charge in rent, please do yourself a favor and spend the 750 on a place that isn't owned by a slumlord! If you have children. DONT MOVE IN!!!! I was concerned about mold from our leaking pipe which they just brushed off. Not worth a penny to live in that hell hole :/ I'd give it a zero but its not an option. ...read more
