i just called to speak with who ever is in charge of the dpw. the man who answered said he was busy and could he help me. i said no and i wanted to speak directly with him. i asked what his name was because i disd not know who actually runs the dpw here and the gentleman said his name was gary. i asked gary who ??? and the man said that was all i needed to know... ??????? what is going on down there that a worker would speak to someone like that..... ?????? once i spoke to gary williamson he seemed to be a decent man. he listened to my concern and addressed it. what i would like to know is why a regular worker would speak to me in such a way ???? ...read more

There customer service blows. I have trouble with the rudeness of there staff every time I go there. Over the past couple years they have had stuck up people working that treat you like they are beneath you and are very rude. I am surprise with how many people who are out there looking for jobs they hire these people who are socially retarded. Its embarrassing when I have people from out of town go there and come back upset from the rude staff and I have to apologize for there rudeness which happens quite regularly.
