I usually don’t do these. However I have to flag this company. I thought the bedbugs would be gone or at least contained after the proofing. Yet the number of bites I got increased. The job wasn't well done, I wouldn't recommend them. ...read more

I want to thank Mike from Empire State Pest Control for the outstanding customer service. I had termites, yuck! Mike and his team were on time, did an outstanding job and his price was great! Mike and his team had to drill holes around the perimeter of my house and the job was neat and clean. He checked my house thoroughly for water leaks, and he explained that water draws more termites. He found that I had a few water leaks in my basement that was causing the pesky termites to return year after year. I had this company come by my apartment because they came reccomended from a few friends who had bed bug problems in the past. I called around and I spoke to joe and he sounded the most realistc when he spoke to me. He made an appointment for the next day and came by. I had a few waterbugs in my basement. my wife was flipping out ( as any husband knows, women hate critters) So i had to be the hero in this situation and find a reputible expertminator in the area. I called a few of my buddies and one of them gave me Joe from northeastern extermiantings phone number. Joe came out himself, and calmed my wife down and ensured us this is an easy problem to get rid of. He did a treatment to the whole basement and back yard and front of the house. he even sprayed for ants by my garbage can for no charge. i called northeastern exterminating in brooklyn because my friend told me that they were the real deal exterminator. i had a big mouse infestation in my apartment building because i have filthy tenants. Joe from northeastern exterminating came by and did and inspection, told me it would be best if he did a monthly service.
