All i needed was my rug to be cleaned, they (www.1800nycarpet.com) told me it would be $90.00 to clean my 9 by 12 area rug, when they got to my house it jumped from $90.00 to $350.00. this is the worst of the worst. they give you one price on the phone, come to your house and triple the cost. i would never do business with them. they are rude, late and just down right shifty. take my word on this, if you use this company you will not be happy from begining until the end. be aware of these con artists. ...read more
