I love this car wash!! It has gone over a transformation! Nice Guys is EXACTLY THAT, NICE! I bring all my vehicles there to be washed and detailed. The staff and the OWNER are hands on and knowledgable and they do a thorough job on all vehicles. If your not satisfied, they will do their best to accommodate you! They use the best products and they offer all detailing services and handwashing too.. Plus--they are a brushless carwash! Horrible place. Went through the car wash, there was no soap, asked the cashier about it, and she said the soap machine is broken... there was about 4 cars going through behind me... the business knows there's no soap applied to the vehicles, however they are collecting full payment - approached the manager and he refused to give me even half of my money back!!!!! They left two long thin scratches on the right side of my car. I noticed it immediately after getting out of my car to help dry the underside of my car because these guys never dry the entire car. I was shocked to see the scratches because they were not there prior to going to this car wash. DON'T GO THERE!!! I will be handwashing my car from now on and am sending them to small claims court. ...read more
