Viaggio Italian Cuisine & Wine Shop

I absolutely adored this cute family style italian restaraunt. I would highly recommend it. I eat lunch here, with business clients, and dinner in the evening with my husband. I adore their servers, very friendly, and the candle light in the evening, brings the smell of romance to the table. It's excellent food, tastesrich and creamy. My favorite is the Alfredo. Lunch is average priced, but dinners a lil bit more. Remember to tip well, I love them. ...read more

Walgreens

On two distinct occasions, Walgreens totally messed with my prescriptions. The first time, the technician actually had the nerve to tell me that it was too soon to order my refill and that the doctor wouldn't do it. To which I informed him that I don't discuss my medical profile with pharmacist and to do his job and mind his own business. The doctor, by the way, did refill the prescription. The second time during a dropoff I was told to come back at 5:00 p.m. to pick up my prescriptions. I returned, using their drivethru, which became a total nightmare. Not only can you not hear the pharmacist and the other way around, both parties end up having to shout my medical business out in the open for all to hear. Also, they got the prescription wrong, not having read it correctly, and told me that I would need to wait 15 days before picking up that prescription. After several minutes of arguing it went from 15 days to 2 days to which I told them was unacceptable, asked for the prescription back, left, and called the manager from my cellphone. The manager Carla was a real hoot. Very rude and very impatient while I explained how I had been inconvenienced. Her response, ""In a perfect world it we would have either told you at drop off or called you before you had to make the journey back, but that just isn't the way we're set up here."" I was then told to talk to the store manager since all I wanted to do is ""compain"" and was transfered to the store manager who with honesty was a lot more empathetic than the Pharmacy department. My question.. Why are pharmacies' current customer service prodocols ""Be Condescending and Rude to the customers that have narcotic or sleep medication?"" This seems to be the state that all pharmacies are presenting in the area of customer service and I'm sick of it. Do not go to this pharmacy. I took my prescription to SVC off of Keystone who accomodated my request without problems whatsoever. ...read more
