I ordered flowers on a Tuesday through Teleflora to have delivered by Moana Florist on Wednesday, received a confirmation of my order and a receipt from charges. I was called on Friday by Teleflora and asked if I still wanted my flowers delivered. I called Moana Florist to ask why my flowers hadn't been delivered on Wednesday and they said they had my order, but that they needed $10 more from Teleflora to deliver THAT arrangement. "They were short $10 so they just decided it wasn't profitable for them and wasn't worth their time to send the order, so they didn't". No phone call, no I am sorry, nothing. So, my flowers never arrived, my friend came home from the hospital to no card or flowers from me and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MOANA FLORIST AGAIN. I guess their business is doing so well in this economy and they have so many customers that they don't need my business, All over $10. ...read more
