Now I must say, some people are just plain ridiculous... seriously. When a customer comes in, my associates and I, will not chat to the point where we know every detail from that person's life to know if they are mentally unstable or perfectly sane. We do tell the customer that certain items, such as the collector weapons, are only for display ONLY. If the Customer tells us that they understand that, then the customer takes on the responsibility if they use the item incorrectly. The folks there are a friendly bunch. They've recently expanded their selection significantly, and they'll be able to answer most questions about anything that's music or instrument related--especially that Billy Rose guy. They've even designated a couple of semi-private practice areas (One practice room, and one area with glass walls to block the sound.) Neat gift shop, too. I'd move in if I could! 5J Music is definitly one of the best stores to shop in Elko. They have amazing customer service plus they know how to have fun while they're working!!
