HORRIBLE customer service, the owner Tina is awful to work with. We will never purchase anything from this store again. I wish I would have read the reviews available on them first.We purchased baby furniture on January 31, 2013 and were told everything would arrive within 12 weeks. . . 17 weeks later the first pieces arrived, we did not receive the crib until today which is 19 weeks from the order date. I had to follow up with the store and had my calls returned about half of the time. If Tina would have kept us in the loop on the status of our order we would have been happy. She passed the blame on everyone else and would not take responsibility for her part. Reminding us that their paperwork said the orders could take up to 16 weeks was her standard answer. They sure push 12 weeks when you are in the store! They store has a no return policy on cash or check purchases so we were stuck dealing with this terrible company and waiting for our items. ...read more
