I learned the hard way, and based on my experience at the H&R Block on N. White Sands Blvd., it is my solemn obligation to warn as many people as possible that I was swindled maliciously by “tax advisors” Crystal and Penny. These dishonorable individuals demonstrated that they lack all integrity and are NOT to be trusted with preparing your taxes! They are not looking out for the best interest of clients, rather they seek to exploit unwitting individuals to pad their commission. I was promised “discounts,” but I was bilked with obscene fees piled one atop the other. For example, I was charged absurd fees of $29.99 for the automatic calculation of a static formula four times over, outrageous fees of $60 A PIECE for 1040 forms, ridiculous fees of $40 EACH for C-EZ forms, and $30 a pop for SCHEDULE SE forms!
