I was very disappointed with the customer service. They say they offer more services then they provide. Once they have your car they try to hold you hostage. They also keep giving excuses as to why they cant finish my car on time took two weeks for three day repair with no parts. Cost me tons of money in extra rental days beyond insurance coverage.
