i give CARPET COVE a big fat F - would not recommond this company to my worst enemy - the order date was in error - salesman error - turned out to be rush job - then - without notice it would be happening - my visa was charged without a signature - stay away from this company which should not be in the town of summit - also - the rush flooring was done by ABBOTT FLOORING - watch your step with this company - better yet - find someone else!! ...read more

These guys are not honest. We were told we would have our product by a certain date and they were over a month late, which held up our entire project and all the other crews working on our job. We still don't have our flooring...To top it all off, they were nasty and rude about it, Owner is very abrasive and unkind. Will never use them again, and will go out of my way to tell others not to use them either. ...read more

If I could zero stars, I would have ... the service was terrible ... I waited 8 weeks, was lied to, and never got the merchandize in the end. And the owner, Paul, had absolutely no interest in "making the customer happy." Absolutely horribly run enterprise ... stay away. Don't know how they stay in business. ...read more
