Took my mother-in-law for a French pedicure 7/02/14. Had a new employee who could barely speak English. (English is the second language of everyone who works there but this girl could barely manage simple phrases.) It took over 2 hours! The manager had to keep coming to interpret. They fixed a cracked nail which took perhaps 15 minutes after the pedicure was nearly done, then the manager redid the entire pedicure as the job was poorly done. My mother-in-law told them she was unhappy with the amateur employee, the language barrier and the excessive time they took for the service. They made excuses about the cracked nail being the cause of the slow service, not that the manager had to redo the entire pedicure because the quality was bad. They still charged full price ($32!) AND they were playing a movie from Netflix on the large screen TV with many F-bombs, and lots of other swearing and violence. Totally horrible and inappropriate. What a horrible experience! I will never go to Daisy Nails again and will tell everyone I know about the awful service and environment! Yuck! ...read more

I received the worst mani I have ever gotten never made it to the pedi. First mistake, Tina filed my nails but never cleaned the actual dust off them. Second mistake, she cut only the corners of cuticles not around the whole nail. Third mistake, She answered the phone 4 times while giving me mani, meanwhile the receptionist was sitting there reading a book. Forth mistake, she messed up two of my nails. Sighed when I asked her to fix them Her idea of fixing the nail was pressing her finger over the smudged paint and just painting on top of the nail. Fifth mistake, was she left nail polish all around my skin on every finger she painted and was annoyed I pointed it out to her to clean. When I got up at this point not interested in her finishing, I told her this is the soppiest mani I have ever received. I want my money back for the pedi as I am not staying.Her biggest concern was making sure they only refunded me for the pedi. I hope she uses the $10.00 to go back to school! ...read more
