Splurge bakery was a welcome addition to the Millburn Downtown, from the fresh whimsical decor, to the friendly eager to please staff, to the array of delicious treats, it's a a quick decision to shop here, whether I need an occasion cake or just a little reward for a good grade in school. Julie Winer carefully oversees her young staff as they move between the counters and the always busy party room. I had my daughters birthday here, and it was a pleasure. All the kids had fun, and the party attendants were so interested in them and making it special, it was genuine and very personal, as well as delicious. I felt the entire staff earned my thanks, and the attendants did such a great job, they really earned their tip!!
