By far, the worst haircut I've ever gotten. She spent very little time cutting my hair, and I had to instruct her how to blow it out. Instead of giving me a new style, as I asked, she simply trimmed the ends and told me to 'grow it out'. The staff was rude- they called me fifteen minutes before my appointment to push the time back, and didn't even apologize. The salon is dusty and unclean, the staff was dressed in flip-flops and shorts- for $60 a cut, I expected more. And the worst part was they spent the entire time I was there yelling to each other across the salon about other clients. I couldn't beieve how unporfessional they were! To gossip about paying clients in front of other clients is horrible. NOT worth the cost- there are so many other great salons in the area with professional, kind atmospheres. ...read more
