I think that Crayons Nursery School is the worst school ever. They sexually abuse the children and grab them by the necks. I think that who ever take their child there is out of their minds. I am a forever grateful to Ms. Lini and her staff, mother of a child that has been at the Crayons School since she was 2 years old and is entering kindergarten in the fall. Besides the terrific care, the exceptional handling of the kids (hugs, positive reinforcement, LOVE (who would have thought!?), my daughter is entering kindergarten well beyond the median knowledge of a 5 year old. The skills and abilities that she was taught at Crayons made her a phenomenal little girl and soon to be an even greater kindergartener. Since I work full time, I relied on Ms. Lini and her staff to �shape� my daughter into a productive member of her community (i.e. school, friends, relationships, manners) I feel that I have made a great choice sending my daughter there and I personally know of numerous parents that feel the same way. I feel sadden that previous comments focus on an elderly woman working there. How ignorant of you. Obviously, the education you received didn�t take you far, if this is your focus. SECOND, TEACHERS (WORKERS) RETENTION IT SEEMS THAT THEY CAN'T KEEP THEM ASK YOURSELF WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO TAKE ANY CHILD TO A PLACE THAT YOU SEE THE TEACHERS (WORKERS) NOT WORKING THERE FOR A LONG TIME OR EVEN THE STUDENTS THAT THE PARENTS HAVE TAKEN THEM OUT AND PUT THEM IN A DIFFERENT SCHOOL. A couple of years back my child attended Crayons at first my child did seem happy but then my child became unhappy. And they seem to not have enough teachers any way. My daughter is 4 years old and has been going to crayons since she was 2 1/2. When looking for a school, I looked for cleanliness, good pricing, education, friendliness and a feeling of home. Crayon's had it all for me. The pre-school is cleaned multiple times a day, the pricing is great, all staff members are friendly to me and my daughter as well as the other children, everyone who works at Crayons are educated well to work with the children. Not only does my child learn great English grammar but she also learns Spanish and Chinese. Crayon's feels like a little family to me, I feel at ease when I go to work because I know my child is in great hands. The first comment that was made is obviously false! I have read in other sites about this school and about the current director Lini Van Hise. I found out that what they wrote is true. There is an eldely women taking care of toddles, which I found weird because of how active they are. I saw a dirty rug it looked like they had that rug for a very long time.
