The management keeps saying that bed bug problem is tenant responsibility and actually they are doing a favor by getting 3 treatments done; how does one get bedbugs 2 years in a row after washing linen and clothese in hot water weekly and looking out for bedbgs with cleanliness takn care of, living with an infant and a toddler for 3 weeks in this condition, all bagged up, and then paying thousand dollar in laundry, yet the management shirks off and true involvement in matter, i am just waiting for my lease to expire ...read more

Pervasive despite doing all precautions. pain for tenants but the management would not paint of even change carpets for years. apparently lease language has been changed so pests are tenant's reponsibility - how come when they were always there. Beginning of the downfall of a great community - second year in a row for me and I am deeply frustrated at paying a steep rent and having to live with trash bags for 3 weeks, bite marks on my kids legs and no guarantee the problem will be resolved after all the pain. kudos management ...read more

I am just waiting for my lease to expire, two years I have had bed bug infestations in a row, only to realize later that the place was infested right from the beginning. The management starts an eradication program every summer without prior notice, they dont care even if your infestation is very low grade, you have got to comply immediately & cancel all other plans, or pay steep fines for non compliance. Whereas, the management doesnt rectify the real reasons behind this pest problem: peeling paint, holes between carpets/walls, a whole immigrant bachelor crowd packed into an apartment against leasing rules, no wonder the place is infested with roaches/bugs, which creep into my apartment from the neighbours. Very sad, beautiful locality, convenient location in everyway, but unfortunately, nothing is worth bed bugs. You'll have to go thru 3 weeks of quarantine/washing all fabric/drying all fabric at your own expense every year. Terrible ...read more
