I give them 1 star, because they do know what they are doing BUT, their pricing is absurd, $1700 to mount a TV, and that did not include a TV, seemed pretty steep, so we didn't bite on that one, But we mistakenly thought we had to use them for monitoring, since they work with the builder here and had pre-installed part of the system, so in good faith we payed them up front for everything including the monitoring fee, with no contract at the time of payment, then on the day of the install, I signed a contract with a 5 YEAR TERM??? Yikes, they really should have been up front and clear about such absurd terms. Who knows if I'll even live here this long! I canceled, and payed a 20% cancellation fee, I'd rather pay the fee than be connected to them in any way after the conversation I had over the phone about this 5 year term fee nonsense.
