Mortgage Capital Associates blundered my loan in more ways than I could have imagined possible. MCA lost loan documents, failed to fund on time, waited until the day before my lock expired to complete many of the closing requirements, and my loan originator, Julio Valdez, among other MCA employees, failed to return telephone calls and email messages again and again. One would expect a reasonable level of professionalism from a nationally-recognized mortgage brokerage.
