It was quite embarrasing when your waitress came out to our party in the parking lot stating that the tip was not included, when in reality she made the mistake and stated on the bill that the tip WAS included. My party consisted of 4 out-of-town visitors...We were celebrating their grandson's graduation..and this put an embarrasing end to otherwise was a nice evening. We always order food from Piccolissimo when we have family and friend visiting and they all tell us how lucky we are for having a pizza parlor with such a great tasting pizza..
