Worst nail salon I have ever been to and I've been to a lot of salons. Rudest staff.. I went in for a fill and the technician starts ripping my nails off without asking because they didnt like how another salon did it. Then has the nerve to charge me for a full set instead of a fill. I would give this place no stars if I would. I went to this salon on September 4, 2010 and the place was packed..i figured that this place must be good...I was dead wrong. After receiving no attention about what i was in the salon for, I had to sit there for a half hour...When i finally got seated in a chair to get white tips put on the lady doing my nails kept walking away. Five minutes later she started on my nails. A girl that she did before me kept messing up her nail so the tech kept stopping..after fixing the girls nail she got on the phone...this technician rushed through doing my nails and not even a week later i need a refill and have several lifts...that isnt the worst part...the tips werent glued on completely and i didnt know before leaving...about 4 days later i woke up to a really bad pain. i ignored it and later on in the day it got worse...i had to go to another nail salon to get the tip removed cause there was bacteria trapped under the nail and my finger is infected. ...read more
