The second serviceman listened... That's why there is one star. The first serviceman - who is also the owner, didn't listen, and "fixed" what HE thought was the problem despite what I was telling him. When I called a few hours after he left to say our heat still wasn't working, the owner was belligerent and rude to me - got defensive and could "do nothing" but say how "he did the right thing" and then leave us in a cold house for 2 more days. The owner didn't come back - good! The second serviceman listened to the problems, did full diagnostic and repair work, and was proactive in checking back with us.
