i wish i could leave this 0 Stars -- i hired him to install duct work to get heating to my other side of my house - ran the duct work told me to wait a week to see what happens. heat never worked - contacted multiple HVAC companies and was told the same thing - the duct work is run incorrectly. i asked John about this and he wouldn't listen to me - and then stated after the fact that my furnace was not sized correctly for the house. so i paid for duct work which won't work. save yourself a headache - i already booked a reputable HVAC company - they are doing a rip and replace. ...read more

The WORST!! Replaced My Fathers AC and put the unit in Backwards so the water ran away from drain! Flooded the attic and sheetrock! Unit was installed Backwards so coils ran wrong way also to cause power bill to use Way more energy! Every time called on the issue they just duct taped and siliconed for four years! Kept telling my father it was fixed! Never installed the return VENT! So it pulled in air from HOT Attic Not House! My Fathers Hard Wood Floors are Warped! The Sheet rock all had to be Replaced! Found mold that had to be treated from his POS Work! If my father could find his receipt. I would have sued this Excuse for a Heat and AC Company! DO NOT USE! ...read more
