I was looking for a local hairdresser and I needed a haircut desperatly. I just happend to drive past Cabana, and thought I might as well swing in and see if I could get a cut. Once inside I met Sue who helped me as soon as I walked in, and was super friendly. I was psyched that I got in and didn't even have an appt. And I asked for a cute bob, and got it, I was so happy. I secured my wedding date with Lisa/Leisa the Owner on March 10 a payment was made. I was to call back for a trial at the end of May. When I called back she said SHE would have to cancel the appointment she didn't realize when she scheduled it she was on vacation that week. She asked me for my credit card to swipe to reimburse me. Her being unprofessional I wasn't comfortable giving that to her, she said she would mail it to me. Getting married July 10 I was busy never received the check and never heard back from the owner until July 1st, she called to confirm the July 10 appointment. I told her as you requested I found a new hairdresser since you canceled on me. She said she doesn't remember the conversation she works 60+ hours a week and she wasn't reimbursing me, that it was a non-refundable deposit and would need 48 hours notice to cancel.
