Love the Optometrists and Opticians. Have nothing against the assistants either, but all the rest of the office staff are idiots.
They calculated the final costs of my contacts after rebates wrong. Had I known this I would not have bought contacts. Additionally, they could not figure out what my eye insurance covered and did not. Furthermore, after my contact lens exam, I noticed I was not charged for it and mentioned it 3 times before leaving and I was assured each time my receipt was right, but when I asked for an additional receipt later for my rebate, I had been charged for it and my account was in the rears. Your mistake. Suck it up. I tried to do my due diligence and was ignored. Why do I have to pay for the mistakes? After spending 2+ days on the phone with going back and fourth, no resolution; no restitution; just time wasted. After 16 years I will be taking my business elsewhere.
