Daycare is supposed to be a safe place where children learn. At least, that's is what I was told they would do at Brierwood. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! My son was bit and I never received a report. There were often days where there was no instruction. The teacher in the classroom often ignored the children and it became a free for all. The director has ZERO personality and is often rude and negative to the children. The cameras are a saving grace. I was able to watch the teacher sleep, have social hour with the teacher in the other room while it was supposed to be circle time, and watch her be rough with the children in the room. Yes the teachers have been there for a long time but there is no love for their job or the children they teach. I DO NOT recommend sending your child there!!
