Wow, the previous review is very similar to my experience. Poor, poor communication skills including a reluctance to use email - possibly because it would hold them accountable for what they said, or didn't say.\nIt took 5 weeks before we ever got any numbers to work with for our projects. When one of the projects was too high for our budget, we did a major revision (going from a kitchen remodel and addition to just a remodel) to just a remodel and the cost only dropped 3K!\nFor one of our other projects, we asked for clarification in the contract of the work dimensions, a start date (or at least a range) and an opt out clause if the work wasn't started by that date range and we were flatly refused. We had no faith that the projects were going to be completed in a timely manner and we ended the business relationship.

My first contact with Aire Serv was for duct cleaning on a newly purchased house. They were extremely thorough and professional, from start to finish.\r\nI've had to call them two other times for furnace issues and I always got a prompt response and the problems were resolved in a timely manner.
