My grandparents had some work done by this company and while they did a fine job at a reasonable price, I found the employees to be very unprofessional. While under the house, I clearly heard the man fussing and saying " G** D*** this ragged sh**" This is unacceptable under any circumstances but especially when you are working for someone. You really can't get more unprofessional than that and I would strongly encourage anyone who is offended by this type of behavior to call someone else for their heating/cooling problems.
