Ray came out to give us a bid on two window living room blinds and a door blind.Turned out the door blind was shot and would have to be sent to the factory. The bid was reasonable. When it was all said and done, we got a new door blind for free from the manufacturer, an excellent job done on our other two blinds and exceptional service all the way around from Ray. Card is going in our "home repair" file
