Where did my review go?
SO, the place was in the basement of a duplex house, a tenant lives upstairs. You park the cars and enter in the bottom/rear of the house. The front yard has a scummy pond full of mosquito larvae and a big pile of loam full of weeds next to it. The outside has no redeeming qualities really. The 4 acre yard is not as accessible and private as it seems, and the fire pit is over by the motor home and it's renters. The hiking trails are not on the property, they are ATV paths down the street.
The pictures showing the Family Bunk Room also show the living room, which is where the TV actually is (I thought it was in the bedroom). The other two bedrooms are very small. It is cluttered, but clean. The owners are nice enough, good thing because they NEVER go away. They were also wonderful with our 2 active dogs. The experience was just strange, and we left early. I want people to know this 'cause when you have 2 dogs and a BIG event there, you CAN'T just go elsewhere!!
