Had really bad experience with her she is not professional she never calls when she says she is booked a cruise with her i had to keep bothering her to give us our confirmation because the cruise is almost here our give us our money back and she finally admitted she messed up she gave us our money back but did not explain how and did not apologize we had to book it ourselves
