I've used Classic Collision many years. I got my car back today and this was the best experience yet. The customer service provided was excellent. They are quick to respond, polite and helpful. I took delivery of my car on Wed. before Thanksgiving - a warning light came on to turn the engine off when driving it on Thanksgiving Day. I called on Fri. morning - within 5 minutes of hanging up the, I got calls from Enterprise car rental from someone to come and pick me up to get me back in a rental car and from the towing company to pick up my car - both of which were done within 30 minutesThey wanted the least inconvenience to me as possible and wanted the work on my car to be done properly and to my satisfaction. They found the problem quickly (a small pin point leak) and began work to fix it. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the work at Classic Collision but this time there was a great leap in customer service which was very impressive.
Awesome! Very friendly staff and amazing doctor. I will go back! I went to Eyeworks of Decatur for the first time last week. Staff is very nice and took their time to make sure i had the right prescription for glasses and contacts. The eye doctor was concerned and answered all my questions. I will definetely come here again
I would highly recommend the Doctor and his staff to anyone who need a plastic Surgeon.
