I am having the same problem. I've been trying to get through for 3 weeks and only get a busy signal up until today when I received a verizon message to check the number. There has to be a way for us to get our children's medical records! This is very frustrating. I found out in March that Dr Bravo had passed away last December...The office sent no notice to patients regarding this. I worked for him when he used to work alone and this was very upsetting. I will keep trying!
