The absolute worst

I ordered the big box special online, then I called in to add ranch dressing and to double check that i would receive the cups and plates that i requestred. (as this is for work staff) I was assured that the lady added the ranch dressing and the plates and cups too. When the order arrived it was late. the driver told me to take it up with the store. and again I asked about the ranch dressing the driver said it should be in the box. after checking the box it was not in there so i called the store. I spoke to Eric the supervisor (as he said) he said my order was no that late and that i didnt order ranch. then after he looked further he said I see the ranch. I can credit your account for the ranch (this guy gave me a major attitude. I asked about the credit or partial credit for the late arrival, and he hung up. Great customer service skills. I will never order from there again.
