Bad Customer Service, Bad Product

The owner is quite literally a bully. We first took my wife's white gold rings to him in June to be redipped, and he immediately told us, without us asking, that the diamond is fake. We said it is real, then he looked again and corrected himself. He continued to be rude in how he dealt with us. A few months later, the rings were yellow again, and worse than before, and it was the first rerodiuming we had done since buying them 3 1/2 year ago. We took them back, and we had to wait 5 minutes for him to finish chatting with a friend before he helped us. His staff was friendly while we waited and just said that we would need to ask him for a refund. When we spoke with him and explained the situation, he offered to rerodium it, but in an arrogant tone said we can't just keep doing that. Then he said one's race can affect how quickly white gold will change color. My wife is not caucasian, and what he told us is not true.
