I Contracted Gray's water well to Drill 3 wells of my property in Hunstville, Tx
Here are the results...Well #1 not to requested spec...useable ..water production
not to expectation. Well #2...to requested spec...water production above expectation....Well #3 not to requested spec and a TOTAL FAILURE ..a dry hole costing me $1750, as provided under the original contract.. I accepted that risk.....Gray's Wells REFUSED to correct their error by drilling a replacement well under the same conditions and costs as originally contracted.....I spent $11,377.00 and got one marginal well, one satisfactory well and one well with nothing but semi wet sand......I am a dissatisfied customer in the highest degree....beware of doing business with these people because in my opinion and experience ...one well out of three is not professional proficiency. .....
