We will never quote a low hourly rate, then work for so many hours that you end up paying a ridiculous price. We also do not come out and bid a cleaning quote on the property, then send out tired cleaners who have to rush through the cleaning so they can get to 6 more houses they have to do that day. We are fast cleaners but our goal is to get the job done, well, and with a good attitude.. Simple and honest is how business should be run. Our goal is to clean your space as well as possible. Every space takes a different amount of time to clean based on the amount of furniture, dirt, deep cleaning...etc, so we happily charge a flat fee instead of by the hour. This insures a fair price and getting the best possible cleaning without a rush or half cleaned space. We know that actions speak loudly and word of mouth referrals are priceless.
