I reserved a party, almost two months in advance. The space wasn't set up, they couldn't find our reservation and we waited 45 minutes for the staff to make and clean a section for our party of 7. Bathrooms were disgusting, the soda from the fountains had a bad taste, the entire place was dirty. Old food in cracks of seats, games had food on them. Staff was oblivious to their responsibilities. This is a great place for family entertainment. He had our 7 year olds birthday party there and it was a great time. We went roller skating and did the Lazer Tag. This is the best place for Lazer Tag. If you have not done it, you need to. Awesome Lazer Tag. They have a great mix of new and old games. The price was also right for what we did.
