Our car was towed from a our apartment parking lot with no warning or notice. When we called a woman lied to us about who authorized the tow. Then it took us days to get hold of of them again to pick the car up. Couldn't get an answer after that first call even though I left a call back number on their messaging. Still kept charging daily storage even though the car remaining there was due to them not being available when we tried multiple times to pick it up. I strongly recommend that NO ONE uses this company for towing services or any other services. Whether they are running a scam on people cannot be proven but one thing is for sure, dishonest people run this business! ...read more

O where to begin first off you go round and round with them on the phone. Doesn't answer his cell phone. Then after calling him for like the 6th time he answers and says we can't get our car because he is out of town and he will be back around four (it was around 1pm when we called him) So we decided to go drive by his shop ( being board trying to find something to do were from out of town) and we pull up and hes out in the yard. So we go to talk to him and he just keeps working on other things after like 6 min he finally comes over. wish i could give a negative star rating. Another thing that there was something wrong with all of his trucks. you want your trucks to look nice that's what everyone see and if they are really bad looking trucks why should they call them the truck might break down. So I don't recommend this place espically when the guy tells you hes out of town and he will call you when he is back to set up a time to get your car back when he was at the shop the hole time ...read more
