I am currently going through a divorce. My husband hired Craig Ritchie to represent him. It has been very painful for both of us and he has presented letters I wrote privately to my husband to the court saying she wants to reconcile and there will be no wah. My husband did ask me to reconcile and we were working on it when I had him arrested for domestic abuse. Mr. Ritchie went to court and said I was a liar that there was no abuse and that I am mentally unstable and he is a witness to that. Also told the court that there was never a marriage counselor or any talk of reconciling. K bad all the proof I needed that he had no idea what he was talking about. Also I had proof my husband his 30,0))$ on me and when it was presented Mr Ritchie said it was bull and he was gonna come through the phone. It was a phone conference because he lied and said he was in Arizona. He informed the court he was there 2 he's before our bearing time. My husband didn't show up either. Mr Ritchie also told the court he wants me out of my house and have my husband no e back in because be said I have no right being in the house. I own the house as well as my husband. The only reason be is not in the house is because we have a no contact order. The man should never be hired by anyone. He claims to be so Christian but how christian is it to lie in court and ljrgure yourself? I am filing a comaint with the bar association. He bad no business stating that I was mentally unstable. K am not unstable and be is no Dr. He cannot make a diagnosis on anyone. Good luck if you ever have to go to court with this man. Be will rip you apart and lie through his teeth about you.
