I have gave Dr. Volmer my business for 20 years, until now. On Dec 1, 2009, I tried to purchase a pair of contacts and was refused because it had been 1 year and 2 weeks since my last exam. I didn't have the money for a full exam so they sent someone with 20/300 vision out on the road to drive in traffic without any form of vision enhancement. I am a full time college student and will have a difficult time finishing the semester thanks to Dr. Vollmer and his unfriendly staff. Do yourself a favor and find a better business where they understand people's needs and not just the need of filling their wallets. I rated it one star because that is the lowest it would go.
