If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Bottom line up front, Ray is a bottom feeder that I wouldn't trust under ANY circumstances. Check the Better Business Bureau before doing business with this low life. Don't expect your TV to get fixed, don't expect to get your deposit back when he doesn't fix your TV, don't expect to not get ripped off with junk parts from the landfill that he claims are new. ...read more

THIS PLACE IS NASTY & VERY UNORGANIZED. SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT UPON ENTERING BUILDING. DON'T KNOW HOW THEY CAN KEEP UP WITH ANYTHING. PARTS ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE! THEY KEPT MY TV & STEREO FOR WEEKS BEFORE I HAD TO GO PICK THEM UP TO TAKE THEM TO ANOTHER PLACE FOR REPAIRS. THE TV WORKED FINE BEFORE I TOOK IT TO THEM. ONLY THING BROKEN WAS REMOTE SENSOR.
