Braxton Culler is unspeakably bad to work with. We ordered chairs, tables and replacment cushions in March and were promised an early May delivery. When nothing arrived, we had to call to find out that our chairs were backordered and not available until August. The salesman pushed this chair on us not bothering to check on its availability. We also ordered replacement cushions and covers. The same salesman suggested certain fabics which looked nice, so we ordered them. They didn't arrive either. At least eight calls later, we found out that they too were out of stock. A different salesperson expressed disbelief that we her manager had ordered unavailable fabric and then neglected to notified us. It is now late August and the summer is nearly gone. We have NO chairs, NO cushions and a truckload of lies and unfulfilled promises. I'm considering legal action. ...read more

ordered dining room chairs that broke when you sat on them. construction was inferior to say the least. Nailheads were not covered in matching stain and finish was rough. Sideboard was worse.. you could get splinters from the rough finish inside was partially stained and one leg wasn't stained at all ...read more
