Horrible experience! I visited Dr. Call she gave me the wrong prescription and ended up wasting time and money. She gave me a dramatically different prescription although my prescription hasn't changed in over 10 years. She did not listen and kept giving me different trial pairs of the same prescription. I eventually had to get a second opinion at a different practice and had to pay out of pocket. My insurance did not cover the entire cost at The Eyecare Group so I ended up losing time and money. ...read more
