I have to say that I did not believe the quality of my ac or heat until I received my new unit. This winter has been mild but I can honestly say that I never paid over 24.00 a month for gas during the winter months. My electricity bill went down lower also. I was amazed at how well it heated and cooled my whole house. I have not had any problems and I am going on my third year. Very efficient called and received a quote and they were here within 1 day and I was cooling immediately. Clean did not leave any trash and very hospitable. Now this was the kicker how many service people do you know come out and take their shoes off so they dont mess up your carpet?
