AAA Glass was a little more expensive than I expected, however, what I got in return was WELL worth it!! The scheduler worked around MY schedule, the office called when the guys were running late (and again when they were on their way), and they were quick when they got here. They were very polite and cleaned everything very well. I had 2 house windows and a garage window replaced. The glass was so clear that I had to go to the garage and feel it to verify it was there! I had called a company, before AAA Glass. The other company did not return my calls (plural) to schedule an appointment AND the office lady kept telling me that she'd talk to my mom later (I'm in my late thirties and have a teenage daughter!---no need to talk to my mother!). I needed help for my 30 year old heat unit in my house, which had burned two control components. I went to Longley in Fayetteville and saw Chris in sales. He is an excellent salesperson who truly wants to help you and will help you. He is very knowledgable and personable. I helped me identify the parts I needed and told me about wiring. He shared a couple of small wires from his truck! What a guy to have help me out in this day and age. I hope Longley keeps Chris.
